"A portrait of my daughter, once a week, every week, in 2013."
Maile: Mud on her fleece, sitting smack dab in the middle of a dirty old bridge, during a family hike at Lair o' the Bear. A glimmer of sass in her expression.
I've decided to join Jodi, of Che and Fidel, in her "52" project. I'm late, of course, but no matter ... Thank you, Jodi, for hosting such a beautiful venture. And thank you to Danielle, and Liz, for providing me with the inspiration to participate.
she's beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Leah! <3
DeleteLove her pastel jacket! She looks so cute :))
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Marie! :)
DeleteShe is a sassy one, I can see it too. Lol
ReplyDeleteThat sounds kind of fun, although I take so many pictures of Jeremy, I wouldn't even know where to start.
She can be -- that's for sure! Haha.
DeleteI know what you mean ... I had way more pictures of her from last week than I thought, but I want to challenge myself to only use my Canon, so that helped me narrow it down a bit.
Those pigtails are adorable!! What a cutie :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Jamie! :)
DeleteYay!!!! So happy you've joined in too :)
ReplyDeleteYes! Excited to follow along with Mr. O, as well. :)
DeleteThis is awesome. I'm excited for these portraits. The caption is great!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Michaela!
DeleteYAY! Can't wait to see all you're pics of Maile!
ReplyDelete♥ Kyna
:) I'm excited about it, too!
DeleteLove it! You'll be so happy to have these at the end of the year! And I think baby girls in muddy fleeces are the best. :)
ReplyDeleteYes! :)
DeleteI'm challenging myself to only use my Canon. I don't use Photoshop or anything (yet -- though Tim got it for me for Christmas, wonderful man), so I'm going to try hard to shoot in manual, which I'm finding pretty frustrating so far, LOL.
